1. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old and legally permitted to use the service where you are located. The age confirmation is your representation that you meet this requirement; it is not an identity verification service.
2. Entertainment only
Sipline is a social entertainment game. Its drink bank, stakes, payouts, odds, predictions, and assignments are virtual game units with no cash value. Sipline does not accept deposits, award money, or provide a way to redeem virtual units for money or property. It is not a sportsbook, casino, or gambling service.
3. Alcohol is optional
Sipline never requires alcohol. Every prompt may be replaced with water, a non-alcoholic beverage, or another harmless group-approved alternative. Do not pressure anyone to drink, exceed personal or medical limits, combine drinking with driving, or violate applicable law. Stop participating if the game is no longer safe or enjoyable.
You are solely responsible for your decisions, consumption, conduct, transportation, health, and safety. Sipline does not provide medical advice and is not responsible for supervising participants.
4. Player conduct
You agree not to:
- use false, abusive, discriminatory, or unlawful display names;
- harass, threaten, pressure, or endanger another person;
- access another player’s session or impersonate another person;
- interfere with the service, evade limits, scrape providers, or attempt unauthorized access;
- use Sipline for real-money betting or unlawful activity; or
- misrepresent Sipline as affiliated with a league, team, or book.
A host controls parts of a room but does not gain authority to compel any player to consume alcohol or perform an unsafe activity.
5. Sports data, odds, and results
Scores, play-by-play, schedules, odds, cash-out values, and market results can be delayed, corrected, unavailable, or inaccurate. Sipline may use fallbacks or host-entered events when automatic data is unavailable. Do not rely on Sipline for real-money wagering, financial decisions, emergency information, or official results.
6. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features; correct game records; remove rooms or content; or restrict access when reasonably needed for safety, security, legal compliance, provider limitations, or product operation. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or support for every game, league, market, device, or location.
7. Intellectual property
Sipline’s software, design, copy, branding, and original artwork are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the service for personal, non-commercial entertainment, but may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit it except where law expressly allows.
Team, league, broadcaster, bookmaker, and provider names belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
8. Disclaimers and limitation
Sipline is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost data, lost profits, personal decisions, or conduct between participants arising from use of the service.
Nothing in these terms excludes a right or liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as Sipline changes. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be sent through the site’s “Message us” form.
